Europe zones 1&2 express tracked shipping (EU member countries + Monaco) - FREE over €150, €9.95 over €125, €14.95 under €125. Delivery aim: 3-5 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. Tax is calculated at checkout for all orders from 05/12/24 11:15 gmt. No extra charges will be due on arrival. For orders with a value of over €150 duties will be added to shipping costs at checkout.

Europe zone 3 express tracked shipping (Non EU member countries) - FREE over £195, £9.95 over £125, £14.95 under £125. Delivery aim: 3-5 working days from shipping.  Product prices are not inclusive of tax. May be subject to tax & duties on arrival, dependent on order value & country of import.

Rest of the world express tracked shipping - FREE over £275, £14.95 over £195, £24.95 under £195. Delivery aim: 5-7 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. May be subject to tax & duties on arrival, dependent on order value & country of import. 

Please note that Europe zones 1&2 product pricing is only inclusive of tax from 11:15 gmt 05/12/24 for orders under €150. Orders over €150 or orders of any value placed before this time & date are exclusive of tax and will be subject to tax on arrival for all orders & duties for orders over €150. It is solely the customers responsibility to pay these charges if they are incurred so any missing parcels that result from non payment of the charges will not be reimbursed. Parcels that are returned to us because of unpaid tax & duties will be refunded minus the shipping costs & a £10 admin fee.

Unfortunately, overproduction is a massive problem within the fashion industry. At K&R we embrace sustainable practices and work in small productions to ensure less waste and environmental impact.

Pre-order models allow us to judge the demand for our products before we go into production, preventing us from unnecessarily overproducing clothes that may not sell. They also allow you, as the customer, to make more mindful choices about what you buy. 

The date that a pre-order is due to be ready will always be noted within the description. In most cases this will be 4-5 weeks but please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and can be pushed back if there is a delay with production. If there are any significant delays with your pre-order then we will contact you with updates. After placing your order, the next update you will receive is a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Our designs are handmade in London by a small and very talented team of seamstresses. They work as quickly as possible to get them done without compromising on quality and details. We are so grateful to all our customers who love what we make enough to wait for it.

If you are in the UK and you order a pre-order item along with an item that is available for immediate shipping, they will be shipped separately if the despatch time between them will be more than a week.

If you are outside of the UK and you order a pre-order item along with an item that is available for immediate shipping, both items will be sent together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need something urgently then please place separate orders for pre-order & ready now items.

 

• Customers must ensure the address they provide at check out is correct. K&R clothing is not liable for undelivered parcels that are a result of address issues.

• Any parcels returned to sender because of; incorrect or incomplete address / missed delivery / uncalled for / unpaid customs, will be charged shipping before being resent.

• Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to tax & import charges on arrival. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs and are imposed and received only by the destination country and its government. It is your (the customers) responsibility to pay these charges if you receive them. Failure to pay will result in your parcel being returned to us or seized and destroyed.

• K&R clothing is not responsible for any orders that go missing following unpaid or rejected customs charges. Any parcel that is returned will have the shipping costs and a £10 admin fee deducted from the final refund.
