  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return requests can only be made through our returns portal here.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days for your return request to be approved.
  • Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring that the parcel arrives back with us. K&R is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in the post when being returned. Please make sure you package your return securely, use a reliable delivery service and keep a copy of the tracking number / proof of postage until you have been refunded.
  • You must send your order back to us within 14 days of us approving your return. Returns sent to us outside of the return period will be rejected and returned to you. 
  • Items must be in the exact same condition that they were received in. Each item will be thoroughly checked once received. Items found to be in an unsuitable condition will be rejected and returned to you. This includes, but is not limited to, any signs that the product has been worn outside of the house / washed / tampered with in any way e.g. scuff marks on cuffs, strong smells, deodorant marks etc.
  • Returns sent internationally must be correctly declared as 'RETURNED GOODS' in order to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on returns and will be unable to pay them on your behalf.
  • The option to purchase a returns label in the returns portal is available for all customers. Please note that you may be able to arrange cheaper shipping through a carrier of your choice.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit if selected) within 10 working days of us receiving your return back, minus the shipping costs. This will be confirmed via email.
  • For all orders sent to the USA & any orders to EU countries + monaco with a value of over £135/€150 where duties are paid at checkout- it is the customers responsibility to apply for a refund from their local government for any tax and duties collected at checkout. We are unable to refund tax and duties for such orders.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
