We aim to respond to all requests within 3 working days however during busy periods it may take us longer to get back to you. For all other enquiries such as work & partnerships please email enquiries@kandrclothing.com (please do not use this email for orders or sizing as it is not monitored as regularly).

Order & Shipping

You can track your order using the tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received this but you believe you order has been shipped, please check your junk / spam folder. Alternatively you can enter your order number and email address above.

The expected completion time for a pre-order will always be listed on the product page under 'availability'. You can also refer back to this on your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and are not exact. We do not give individual updates on your pre-order until it is ready to be shipped or if it is running late (by more than 1 week). If your pre-order is due to be ready on time, the next update you will receive from us after your order confirmation email is a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details once it has been dispatched. If your pre-order is late we will contact you by email to let you know.

We aim to dispatch all orders for 'ready now' items within 3 working days. Express UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that these are working days and do not include weekends. During busy periods please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you have ordered a pre-order item this will be shipped when the pre-order is completed and normal dispatch times do not apply. You can read more info about pre-order here.

After dispatch, the time in which it takes to receive your order will vary by destination country. You can view expected shipping times by country here.

If you need to make a change to your order then please email us as soon as possible after placing it at hello@kandrclothing.com with your full name and order number. If you are emailing to change the address on your order then please put the subject line as 'ADDRESS CHANGE' and ensure you have included the full and correct address in your email. Please note that we may not always be able to change your address before your order is dispatched, however we will always try our best.

Unfortunately orders to outside of the UK may be subject to tax and duties. We know these are a pain however we promise our clothes are worth it. We factor such charges into our product pricing and shipping costs to subsidise them as much as possible for our international customers. For some countries we collect and pay these charges on your behalf. Please check below:


  • For customers in the UK, all taxes are included in our product pricing.
  • For customers inside the EU + monaco, taxes will be added to the product price when you add an item to your basket. For orders over £135/€150, duties will also be collected at checkout. We will pay these on your behalf to the destination government and no extra charges will be due upon arrival.
  • For customers in the USA/AUS/NZ: product prices do not include tax, however tax and duties are only due on arrival for orders over $800(usd)/$1000(aud).
  • For customers in Canada: product prices do not include tax. Tax and duties may be due on arrival for orders over $20(cad).
  • For all other countries: product prices do not include tax. Tax and duties may be due on arrival dependent on order value and country of import.
Exchange & Return

The quickest way to return your order is through our returns portal here. You can also request an exchange item / size. Once your return request has been submitted, please wait for an email from no-reply@parcelpanel containing instructions on how and where to send your return back to us.

Returns / exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please check our full return/refund/exchange policy here. Exchanges are dependent on stock availability.

If you return has been marked as delivered then it will have been received by our mailroom. Your return / refund will then be processed within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming once your return has been processed. It may then take up to 5 days for your bank / payment provider to process the refund on their end. We are unable to update you on your return status until it has been processed so please allow 10 working days from the date it is delivered to us before getting in touch.

Once we have received your return back, we aim to process and ship out your exchange item/s within 10 working days. You will receive an email containing the tracking details once this has been shipped. If you are exchanging from outside the UK please look out for an email containing a link to pay the exchange shipping charge. Once we have received payment your exchange will be shipped out in our next post. Please note that if you are exchanging for a pre-order item, this will be shipped out once it is ready.

We aim to approve all valid return requests within 2 working days. Once approved you will receive an email containing instructions on how and where to send your return back to us. If you think you have not received this, please check your junk / spam. If you still can't locate it then please email us at hello@kandrclothing.com

Product & Sizing

We have detailed size guides for each of our products. These can be found on the product page under 'click for size guide'. Model details and size information can also be found on the product page under 'details & seen on'. For more help with sizing please visit our general sizing page here.

In general we recommend a cold hand wash for all of our designs rather than machine washing. Air dry & never tumble dry. If ironing turn inside out & use a low heat. For full & detailed care instructions for each of our products please read here.

At K&R we produce in limited runs to avoid over production and waste. If a product is sold out in your size, don't worry. We restock most sizes of our most popular products monthly. Select the size you want on the product page and then hit the 'sold out in your size?' link. Enter your email to be notified as soon as we restock. Some restocks are limited and can sell out fast, so order quickly to avoid missing out. Please note that if a product is in our 'last chance to buy' collection, then this will not be restocked. See below for our restocking forecast. Please note this is an estimate and is not exact.

All other products not listed above are expected to be regularly restocked.

At K&R all of our designs are produced in London, supporting the local economy and community, and all our workers are paid fairly, at least the living wage. We also produce in limited runs to avoid overproduction, meaning our manufacturing costs can be higher. We are committed to keeping our prices as affordable as possible whilst still reflecting the time, work and cost that goes into each product. If you are not used to shopping slow fashion then our prices may seem high, however for ethically made clothing that is manufactured locally, they are actually very reasonable. Our prices are already as low as we can make them and we operate on small profit margins. Because of this we don't offer any regular discount codes such as student or welcome discounts. We prefer to keep our long term prices as low as possible for all our customers, all the time.
