We aim to respond to all requests within 3 working days however during busy periods it may take us up to 5 working days to get back to you. Please try not to send multiple emails within this time frame as this will move your email to the top of our inbox and delay us in getting back to you.

For all order related enquiries please email hello@kandrclothing.com with your full name and order number.

If you are requesting a return or exchange then please make sure you have read through our returns policy here and included all the relevant information in your email.

If you are emailing to try and change the address for an order then please make sure you have included the new address in your email and please put the subject for the email as 'address change'. Please note that we may not be able to change your address before your order is shipped however we will always do our best.

If you are emailing about tracking information for your order then please check your junk / spam for the shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you are emailing about a pre-order item then please make sure you have read through our pre-order information page here.

If you are emailing about the status of your return / refund then please remember that we aim to process all refunds to the original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the return back. It can then also take some time for your bank to process the refund on their end. Because of this we ask that you allow a full 20 working days for your refund to arrive before getting in touch with us. If it has been longer than this or you forgot to include your details inside the parcel then please email us with the tracking number for your return .
