We’re looking for an organised and independent individual to join our growing team at our studio in London. This is a part-time position to start, with a minimum of 2 days per week. Please note, this is not a creative role. The focus is on administrative and organisational tasks and is perfect for someone who enjoys structure and logistics.

You must be available for at least 2 out of these 3 days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30-17:00. Please do not apply if you are not available on these days as this is a non-negotiable.

Start date: ASAP

About the role:

Your role will be essential to keeping operations in the studio running smoothly. It will include a variety of essential tasks such as:

• Packing & fulfilling orders
• Responding to customer service queries via email
• Handling returns & exchanges
• Organising, managing & tidying stock
• Listing stock to our website
• Assisting on photo shoots

No experience is necessary however we are looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented
• Can work independently and take initiative
•  Is excited about being part of a small but growing team
