Retail Manager (Part-Time / Full-Time)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised individual to manage our upcoming shop space in Hoxton, London.

This role is best suited to someone with previous retail experience who is confident overseeing both a physical space and a small team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring a welcoming and thoughtful customer experience, while working closely with the founders to ensure the space reflects the brand and its values.

Responsibilities:
– Opening and closing the shop, and overseeing daily operations
– Providing warm, knowledgeable customer service
– Assisting customers with sizing, styling, and product information
– Processing sales and managing the POS system
– Maintaining the shop floor, merchandising, and overall presentation
– Receiving deliveries and organising stock
– Monitoring stock levels and communicating restock needs
– Scheduling and coordinating shop staff
– Supporting and supervising team members during shifts
– Supporting occasional in-store events and launches
– Representing the brand and communicating our values
– Creating shop-related content for social media

Requirements:
– Previous retail experience 
– Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
– Highly organised and reliable
– Comfortable managing and supporting a small team
– Able to work independently in a small shop environment
– Must be available to work weekends
– An interest in fashion and sustainability

Details:
Start Date: Training from mid-April, with a start from early May
Location: Hoxton (in person)
Hours: Part-time or full-time (to be agreed based on availability and shop needs)

Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised individual to join our team for our upcoming shop space in Hoxton, London.

This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day running of our retail space and creating a welcoming, thoughtful experience for customers. It’s best suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has previous retail experience, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities:
– Providing warm, knowledgeable customer service
– Assisting customers with sizing, styling, and product information
– Processing sales and managing the POS system
– Maintaining the shop floor, merchandising, and overall presentation
– Receiving deliveries and organising stock
– Monitoring stock levels and keeping the space organised
– Supporting occasional in-store events and launches
– Representing the brand and communicating our values
– Creating occasional in-store social media content

Requirements:
– Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not essential
– Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
– Reliable and highly organised
– Comfortable working independently and within a small team
– An interest in fashion and sustainability
– Must be available to work weekends
