Refund policy
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Return requests can only be made through our returns portal. Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs. The option to purchase a prepaid returns label is available through our returns portal.
- If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, you are responsible for the return parcel until it is successfully delivered to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot process refunds for returns that are lost, damaged, refused, delayed, abandoned, returned to sender, or not received.
- K&R is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in the post when being returned. Please package your return securely and retain your tracking number, proof of postage, and proof of delivery until your refund has been processed.
- You must ship your order back to us within 14 days of your return being approved. Returns sent outside of the return period may be rejected and returned to you.
- Items must be returned in the exact same condition that they were received in. Each item will be thoroughly checked once received. Items found to be in an unsuitable condition will be rejected and returned to you. This includes, but is not limited to, signs that the product has been worn outside of the house, washed, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way, including scuff marks on cuffs, strong smells, deodorant marks, or similar signs of use.
- International returns must be correctly declared as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other costs incurred on a return shipment remain the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to pay these charges on the customer's behalf. Where charges are not paid and the return is delayed, refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, the return will be deemed incomplete until the goods are successfully received at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or store credit if selected, within 10 working days of the returned goods being received, inspected, and approved in accordance with this policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
- No refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received by us and processed in accordance with this policy.
- For all orders sent to the USA, and any orders sent to EU countries or Monaco with a value of over £135/€150 where duties are paid at checkout, it is the customer's responsibility to apply for a refund from their local government or customs authority for any taxes and duties collected at checkout. We are unable to refund taxes and duties for such orders.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
