The charlie top is made from end of line fabric & materials that would otherwise end up in landfill. Because of this each roll of fabric that we use can vary slightly in shade and texture. We think this makes each pair extra special. Hardware such as buttons & zips can also vary in shade & colour. ***please note that for the denim tops, we cannot guarantee that these will be the exact same fabric as any bottoms you have purchased in the same colour. If you purchase both together, we will always endeavour to send out matching denims. This also applies to the thread colour on the embroidered denim as this can vary slightly between rolls.

our denim charlies are made from raw denim which has not been pre-shrunk or washed - please take this into account when choosing your size as raw denim can shrink considerably when washed, particularly in length. always follow our care instructions and consider sizing up if you are between sizes

UK express tracked shipping - £5.95. Delivery aim: 1-2 working days from shipping. Product prices are inclusive of tax.

Australia & New Zealand express tracked shipping - $29.95. Delivery aim: 5-7 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. Tax and duties due on arrival on orders over AUD $1,000.

USA express tracked shipping - $13.95. Delivery aim: 5-7 working days from shipping.  Product prices are not inclusive of tax. Tax and duties due on arrival on orders over $800.

Canada express tracked shipping - $18.95. Delivery aim: 5-7 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. Tax and duties due on arrival on orders over CAD $20.

Europe zones 1&2 express tracked shipping (EU member countries + Monaco) - £8.00. Delivery aim: 3-5 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. Tax will be calculated when items are added to the basket. For orders with a value of over £135/€150 duties will be calculated at checkout. No extra charges will be due on arrival.

Europe zone 3 express tracked shipping (Non EU member countries) - £8.00. Delivery aim: 3-5 working days from shipping.  Product prices are not inclusive of tax. May be subject to tax & duties on arrival, dependent on order value & country of import.

Rest of the world express tracked shipping - £19.00. Delivery aim: 5-7 working days from shipping. Product prices are not inclusive of tax. May be subject to tax & duties on arrival, dependent on order value & country of import.

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This means that from the date that your order is marked as delivered, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. From the date that your return is approved by us, you then have another 14 days to send your return back to us. Please read our full returns policy below.

IMPORTANT: Please allow up to 3 working days for your return to be approved after submitting your request. Once approved you will receive an email from no-reply@parcelpanel.net containing instructions on how and where to send your order back to us. Please check your junk / spam.

Full Returns Policy:

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Return requests can only be made through our returns portal. 
  
• Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
• The customer is responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring that the parcel arrives back with us. K&R is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in the post when being returned. Please make sure you use a reliable delivery service and keep a copy of the tracking number / proof of postage until you have been refunded.
• You must send your order back to us within 14 days of us approving your return. Returns sent to us outside of the return period will be rejected and returned to you. 
• Items must be in the exact same condition that they were received in. Each item will be thoroughly checked once received. Item found to be in an unsuitable condition will be rejected and returned to you. This includes, but is not limited to, any signs that the product has been worn outside of the house e.g. scuff marks on cuffs, strong smells, deodorant marks etc.
  
• Returns sent internationally must be correctly declared as 'RETURNED GOODS' in order to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on returns.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving your return back, minus the shipping costs. This will be confirmed via email.
• Exchanges will be shipped out within 10 working days of us receiving your return back. If you require your exchange quicker than this we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order.
• For international exchanges there will be a subsidised shipping charge to cover the cost of sending your exchange. We will invoice this to you by email when your exchange is ready to be sent and it will not be sent until this is paid. If your original order incurred import charges / duties, you will not have to pay these again:

• As we reserve stock from the shelves for exchanges, if you request an exchange and then request a refund (outside of the 14 day return period), you will only be eligible for a refund to store credit.
• There is no charge for UK exchanges however if you return your exchange for a refund (within 14 days of delivery) a £4 fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover exchange shipping costs.
