Like all our designs we recommend hand washing your denim purchase in cold water to minimise any shrinking and fading. Shrinking is a normal occurrence when washing denim because cotton naturally shrinks when exposed to water. Raw denim, which has not been pre-shrunk, is therefore more prone to shrinking with it's first wash.

All orders are sent by tracked delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

Pre-order products will have longer dispatch times - these will be noted in the product page.

International orders are sent by royal mail international express tracked and then passed on to a delivery partner in the destination country. International duties paid orders are sent by fedex international connect plus.

The date that a pre-order is due to be ready will always be noted on each product under 'availability'. Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and can be pushed back if there is a delay with production. If there are any significant delays with your pre-order (e.g. over a week) then we will contact you with updates. After placing your order, the next update you will receive is a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your pre-order has been shipped. If you can't remember how long your pre-order was then you can check this on your order confirmation email. 

If you are in the UK and you order a pre-order item along with an item that is available for immediate shipping, they will be shipped separately if the order value is over £170 and the dispatch time between them will be more than a week. If your order does not meet these requirements and you require an item urgently please place separate orders for ready now and pre-order items or email us after placing the order to arrange separate shipping.

If you are outside of the UK and you order a pre-order item along with an item that is available for immediate shipping, both items will be sent together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need something urgently then please place separate orders for pre-order & ready now items.
